i came across this postcard the other day that made my stomach cringe because of the words someone included back when they mailed this to a friend. it shouldn’t be surprising to me but I am still unnerved reading the caption:
“this a pretty card, don’t you think? I have seen many n*ggers but very few Indians.”
it was for sale for $20. i have to accept that some folks still want to make a dollar out of racism. too many people on Turtle Island (North America) need to learn the real history, not the slanted settler point of view.
